Plans for AI twin owners

You can create an account and prepare your materials before purchasing. Starter costs US$29 per month or US$290 per year and includes 1,000 credits per paid month. Pro costs US$69 per month or US$690 per year and includes 3,000 credits per paid month. Max costs US$139 per month or US$1,390 per year and includes 8,000 credits per paid month.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are granted after each successful monthly payment and expire at the end of that paid billing period. Annual plans are one-time purchases that require manual renewal. The full annual allowance—12,000 Starter credits, 36,000 Pro credits, or 96,000 Max credits—is granted at the start of the paid service year and expires at the end of that year. An early annual renewal begins after the current service year ends.

Additional credits

Additional credits cost US$15 for 1,000 credits, US$149 for 12,000 credits, or US$429 for 40,000 credits. A top-up increases usage capacity but does not upgrade plan features. Each top-up is a separate credit lot that expires 12 months after payment. The system uses the earliest-expiring available credits first. A later top-up does not extend the expiry date of an earlier one.

Payment issues, refunds, and plan changes

Monthly cancellations stop the next renewal and do not remove access already paid for. Plan changes normally take effect after the current service period. Refunds, disputes, partial refunds, and exceptional changes require a review of the related payment, service period, consumed credits, remaining credits, and credits still being processed.
